Health Financing
James is a hardworking man who tries to make ends meet, his occupation, an engineer. A middle aged man who no longer is as youthful as he used to be and has had a lot of accidents on site with all of unexpected expenses, some that cost him more than the other. During his last accident on the site he broke his left arm leaving him penniless and having nothing to fall on. Unfortunately for him he ended up in more debt than he had expected. While on the hospital bed James had remembered when a friend of his, Mike, had told him about his Healthcare Plan with "Greater Health care services" but James was too carefree to listen, thinking he was invincible.

This accident didn't just cost him his health, it rendered him bedridden and he couldn't work for months, therefore putting his family in a tight position. He literally had nothing to fall on. From being debt free with a job and a fat bank account to being in more debt than he had ever been.
"If you think knowledge is expensive, try ignorance." Ignorance here didn't turn out to be blissful.

So what is Health Insurance?
Health insurance is a way of paying for your medical bills and health care costs. You can’t pay for all the health care out-of-pocket, like a debit or credit card, and it saves you a lot of strains and the fear of being caught.

Health insurance can make it easier to pay your health care bills, and help you get the care you need.

Benefits of Health Insurance

Proper care when needed: With health insurance you can get the best care without having to lose all your savings or being worried when you fall sick or are in a tight position.

Cost-sharing: Insurance helps to lighten the burden of cost. Even though your insurance may not cover all your medical expenses, it is way better than having nothing to fall on.

Peace of Mind: You might be wondering, “If I sign up for health insurance, pay my monthly premium, but I don’t get sick and don’t get any health care, then I’ve lost money.” No, because most medical expenses are sorted. First, there are many health insurance benefits you can use even without getting sick, such as vaccinations and checkups, that help keep you healthy over the long run. This is an investment that is worthwhile, because with this you have one less thing to worry about!

Your family is covered: When you have this health plan, even if you don't get sick, your premiums pay for care of others on your plan. And, some day, when your children or relatives are sick you don't have to be troubled because you chose wisely.

Like the saying goes "health is wealth", don't wait to be in a sticky situation. Choose your health plan today!
